Investigators write that in March 2017, “Zirkon Service” received an order for the construction of a special sports and wellness wagon. In it, for example, there is a gym and a hammam.
In the cosmetologist’s office, according to journalists, in addition to cosmetology tools, there is all the equipment necessary for resuscitation, in particular, an artificial lung ventilation device and a defibrillator. The cabinet, as it is claimed, is completely soundproofed.
“Dossier” notes that the fitness room has a hyperextension machine, a mat, dumbbells, and a bench for abdominal exercises.
The investigation also states that the presidential train is equipped with a special buffering system that allows the television signal not to be lost when the train passes, for example, under a bridge.
According to “Dossier”, the special train includes 22 wagons, but ten are usually used for one trip.
The investigators managed to find out that “Zirkon Service” is developing several more cars for Putin. We are talking about a car with a multimedia center and another sports and wellness car. In addition, the company wants to build two restaurant cars with special communication.
“Zirkon Service” did not respond to the questions of Dossier investigators.
