About a thousand premium cars with a total value of about 100 million dollars have been brought to Russia to circumvent sanctions since the spring of 2022, according to a joint investigation published by “Vorstka” and “Bureau”, as well as the “Kyberpartizany” community, which studied the relevant customs declarations.
It is confirmed that the main flow of cars goes through Belarus. Rolls-Royce worth 630,000 dollars, Ferrari for 530,000 dollars and Lamborghini for 430,000 dollars were imported from this country to Russia.
Among the countries of origin of cars in the declarations are the USA, Great Britain, Germany, Italy, Belgium, Austria, Sweden and Ireland. Belarusian companies act as buyers, and then suppliers.
