The OKKO network and the “Return Alive” fund completed the transfer of mortars to the army, purchased as part of the “EYE FOR AN EYE 2. Let’s arm TrO to the teeth” initiative. Thus, the defense forces received 300 mortars of caliber 82 mm for reinforcement. About this informs OKKO website.

Last year, thanks to “OKO FOR AN EYE 2”, territorial defense units received a full batch of 200 12.7 mm machine guns. In addition, they have already received 50 automatic grenade launchers of 40 mm caliber. As part of the project, 50 more such grenade launchers remain to be shipped. OKKO and “Return Alive” are waiting for the arrival of this weapon from the manufacturer.

“Thank you to every Ukrainian driver who fueled PULLS to take revenge on OKKO and in this way contributed to the provision of military machine guns, mortars and grenade launchers. After all, for the second year in a row, we are transferring funds from each sold liter of our branded fuel to the “Return Alive” Fund.

During OKO ZA OKO 2, it was possible to accumulate 400 million hryvnias – this is how your gas stations and donations turn into such incredible amounts. While we are completing the transfer of weapons within the second stage of the project, EYE FOR AN EYE 3 has started.

This time the goal is even more ambitious – half a billion hryvnias to provide 10 units of the Airborne Assault Forces with enemy detection and destruction complexes – Pulstrons.

We believe that together – responsible business and caring Ukrainians – we will be able to quickly achieve this goal.” – commented OKKO Marketing Vice President Vasyl Dmytriv.

“82-mm mortars are the main weapon at the level of companies, and in some places even battalions. With them, our fighters can suppress the enemy at a distance of up to four kilometers in the offensive and in the defense. And the 300 new such mortars handed over to the army is a tangible number for the front.” , – says Oleg Karpenko, Deputy Director of the “Come Back Alive” Foundation.

Since the beginning of the full-scale war, the OKKO network has already transferred 1.5 billion hryvnias to support the Armed Forces and humanitarian needs. Providing the defenders of Ukraine with weapons and equipment is a focal area for the company, so most of the funds are directed to this.

According to rating, concluded publication NV Business, OKKO is among the top 10 Ukrainian businesses that most help the Armed Forces and the state during a full-scale war. And among fuel retail companies, the chain is the absolute leader in this indicator.
