An armed man seized a house in a cottage village near Moscow

An armed man broke into one of the houses in the Sherwood cottage village near Moscow on the Novorizhsky highway. For some time, he took a policeman and two security guards hostage, RBC sources report. It is claimed that they later managed to escape.

According to the Baza Telegram channel, the armed man recently returned from the war in Ukraine and said that he was following God’s orders. Telegram cable Shot publishes a video in which shooting can be heard. It is claimed that the occupant of the house fired from a Kalashnikov assault rifle at law enforcement officers. The victims were not reported.

As “Mediazona” writes, a message about the break-in of one of the houses was received by the village security control panel on Saturday morning. Security guards and a policeman saw broken glass on the ground floor, and scattered cartridges and machine gun magazines in the building itself. A man in a military uniform, helmet and body armor came down to them from the second floor. At gunpoint, he locked the policeman and guards in one of the rooms. Later they fled through the window.

Telegram channel 112, with reference to local residents, claims that the former president of Ukraine, Viktor Yanukovych, lived in the occupied house for some time. However, he is not the owner of the house. No one has lived in it recently.
