Ukraine needs to develop financial markets and instruments for attracting capital to restore the economy. Currently, the main traded securities are government bonds, while the market for corporate, municipal and other bonds remains undeveloped and small in size.

The USAID project “Financial Sector Reform” organizes a series of events dedicated to the development of capital markets, commodity markets and their role in attracting investments to the post-war economy of Ukraine in partnership with the National Securities and Stock Market Commission, Investment Capital Ukraine, Dragon Capital and the American Chamber of Commerce .

The first conference on the topic “Debt instruments to promote recovery” will be held on July 6 and will be devoted to the discussion of the strategy for the development of capital markets and financial instruments, in particular, municipal, infrastructure, ESG and corporate bonds, which in the future will contribute to the economic recovery and growth of Ukraine.
