A conference on the restoration of Ukraine was held in London. The first such conference was held in Lugano a year ago, in July 2022. Since then, many proposals have been developed and a large-scale movement has developed around the issue of the reconstruction of Ukraine.

What was achieved in the development of recovery plans during this war year? What issues were discussed at the conference in London? What impressions and conclusions can be drawn from this event?
