Details: According to the UP source, Nasalik is suspected of signing agreements that are unprofitable for the state in favor of companies related to oligarch Dmytro Firtash in the amount of 1.5 billion hryvnias.

We will remind: Former Minister of Energy and Coal Industry Igor Nasalik was suspected of declaring false information. Nasalika was incriminated for concealment in the declaration of a financial obligation in the amount of 1.2 million dollars, which he did not indicate from 2015 to 2018.

The case was closed due to the decision of the Constitutional Court, which canceled responsibility for this crime.

The ex-minister managed to reopen the case because he insisted on his innocence. However, the High Anti-Corruption Court again closed the criminal proceedings.
