Exchange rate for December 22: how much are the dollar and euro worth

On December 22, the cash hryvnia strengthened somewhat against the dollar on the “black market”, but continued to fall against the euro.
This is stated in the data minfin.com.ua, finance.ua.
At 10:10 a.m., the exchange rate of the dollar against the hryvnia on the “black market” was 37.46 – 38.19 UAH, compared to quotes of 37.47 – 38.22 UAH the day before.
At the same time, the “black” rate of the euro was UAH 41.72 – 41.93 against the rate of UAH 41.55 – 41.81 per euro the day before.
Official dollar rate installed at the level of UAH 37.59, and the euro – UAH 41.28.
The average currency exchange rates at bank counters were as follows:
- US dollar – 37.6 – 38.2 UAH (exchange rate on December 21 – 37.5 – 38.1 UAH);
- Euro – 41.15 – 41.9 UAH (rate on December 21 – 40.9 – 41.7 UAH).
According to banks, the dollar cash rates are as follows:
- Privatbank – UAH 37.4 – 37.9;
- Oschadbank – UAH 37.8 – UAH 38.2;
- Ukreximbank – 37.5 – 38.2 UAH.
Regarding non-cash payments, the exchange rate when paying by card in banks in Privatbank is UAH 37.87 per dollar, in Oshchad – UAH 37.98, in Universal Bank (monobank) – UAH 37.87.
