The construction company “Hephaestus” is increasing the turnover of the construction of its facilities. The developers developed an anti-crisis strategy during the war and showed worthy results of its implementation in work. During the war in Ukraine in 2022-2023, the family of Greek developers – the founders of the company set a record for the construction of objects among the construction companies of Odesa.
Over the past two years, “Hephaestus” commissioned 6 new residential complexes. It is 160 thousand square meters, 2300 apartments. Currently, the developers are also working on the construction of a hotel of the popular world chain Hilton.
“Conditions of martial law pose enormous challenges to Ukrainian business. To overcome difficulties associated with instability in the financial market, to work in conditions of constant threat, to look for new ways in everything from strategy, logistics to supply, and to give strong support to one’s country – these are daily realities that we overcome.
We plan to develop despite all difficulties. For this, our team developed an anti-crisis strategy in wartime conditions. We did not stop for a day. Therefore, we have such significant results. Our personal guarantees are our leased houses and keys to apartments that people receive, even during the war,” emphasized Vasilis Bumburas, CEO of Hephaestus.
In addition, the company’s specialists are actively involved in eliminating the consequences of rocket attacks in Odessa. Construction workers were involved in the demolition of rubble in the building of the Savior and Transfiguration Cathedral and in the Military Transport.
“Such actions prove that socially responsible business builds the future of the city and the country, despite all the challenges of the war,” Bumburas added.
Next year, 2024, “Hephaestus” plans to lease 100,000 square meters. These are 4 new residential complexes and 1 shopping center.
