Exchange rate on April 13: the cash hryvnia weakened to the euro on the “black market”

On Thursday, April 13, the cash hryvnia continued to weaken against the dollar and the euro: on the “black market”, the rate against the euro increased by 20-30 kopecks.
This is stated in the data minfin.com.ua, finance.ua.
At 2:30 p.m., the dollar exchange rate on the “black market” was UAH 37.66 – 37.80, and on Wednesday, April 12, the exchange rate fluctuated between UAH 37.56 – 37.68. The hryvnia has been weakening since the beginning of the week after significantly strengthening last week.
As for the “black” exchange rate of the hryvnia against the euro, it weakened at a faster rate. At the same time, the rate was UAH 41.00 – 41.31, although the day before, the rate fluctuated at the level of UAH 40.78 – 40.91.
The average currency exchange rates at bank counters were as follows:
- US dollar – UAH 37.425 – UAH 37.85 (rate on April 12 – UAH 37.3 – UAH 37.8);
- Euro – 40.55 – 41.2 UAH (rate on April 12 – 40.5 – 41.1 UAH).
In terms of banks, the cash rates are as follows:
- Privatbank – UAH 37.1 – 37.6;
- Oschadbank – UAH 37.4 – UAH 38.3;
- Ukreximbank – UAH 37.5 – 38.1;
- Raiffeisen – 37.5 – 38.4 hryvnias.
As for non-cash payments, the exchange rate when paying by card in banks in Privatbank is UAH 37.45 per dollar, in Oschada – UAH 37.12, in Universal Bank (monobank) – UAH 37.44.
