Exchange rate on January 12: how much is a cash dollar worth in banks and on the “black market”

On Thursday, January 12, the cash hryvnia on the “black market” and in bank cash registers almost did not change against the dollar and the euro compared to the quotations a day earlier.
This is stated in the data minfin.com.ua, finance.ua.
At 11:40, the dollar exchange rate on the “black market” was 40.38 – 40.54 hryvnias, and on Wednesday, January 11, it fluctuated at the level of 40.39 – 40.53 hryvnias.
Regarding the “black” exchange rate of the hryvnia to the euro, at the same time the exchange rate was UAH 42.65 – 42.9. For comparison, on Wednesday the exchange rate fluctuated at the level of UAH 42.66 – 42.86.
Average exchange rates in bank cash registers were as follows:
- US dollar – UAH 40.2 – 40.7 (exchange rate on January 11 – UAH 40.2 – 40.65);
- Euro – 42.2 – 42.95 UAH (exchange rate on January 11 – 42.2 – 42.9 UAH).
In terms of banks cash rates are as follows:
- Privatbank – UAH 39.8 – 40.3;
- Savings Bank – UAH 40.25 – 40.8;
- Ukreximbank – UAH 40.2 – 40.7;
- Raiffeisen – 40.4 – 40.8 UAH.
Of non-cashthe exchange rate when paying by card in banks in Privatbank is UAH 37.45 per dollar, in Oschada – UAH 37.12, in Universal Bank (monobank) – UAH 37.44.
