Exchange rates on April 28: how much are cash dollars and euros worth

On Friday, April 28, foreign currency buying rates decreased significantly, which means that it became cheaper to sell currency – instead, selling rates remained unchanged.
This is stated in the data minfin.com.ua, finance.ua.
As of 11:30 a.m., the dollar against the hryvnia on the “black market” was UAH 37.38-37.80 after strengthening on Thursday, April 27, to UAH 37.61-37.75. The exchange rate spread increased by almost 30 kopecks, that is, it became cheaper to sell a cash dollar.
At the same time, the “black” rate of the euro was 41.12 – 41.53 hryvnias against the rate of 41.34 – 41.57 hryvnias per euro on Wednesday. Exchange rate spreads against the euro also increased.
The average currency exchange rates at bank counters were as follows:
- US dollar – UAH 37.4 – UAH 37.99 (rate on April 27 – UAH 37.4 – UAH 37.85);
- Euro – 41.00 – 41.75 UAH (rate on April 27 – 41.05 – 41.65 UAH).
In terms of banks, the cash rates are as follows:
- Privatbank – UAH 37.22 – UAH 37.72;
- Savings Bank – UAH 37.45 – UAH 38.6;
- Ukreximbank – 37.5 – 37.99 UAH;
- Raiffeisen – 37.4 – 38.1 hryvnias.
As for non-cash payments, the exchange rate when paying by card in banks in Privatbank is UAH 37.45 per dollar, in Oschada – UAH 37.12, in Universal Bank (monobank) – UAH 37.44.
