FUIB entered the TOP-50 best employers of wartime according to Forbes

For the third time, Forbes magazine and the Work.ua job search site have named the country’s best employers. FUIB kept its place in the TOP-50 and took the first place among 5 banks.

The rating of employers was compiled on the basis of anonymous questionnaires. In total, more than 28,000 questionnaires were received. The current rating turned out to be the largest in the entire history of employer ratings by Forbes Ukraine.

The overall assessment of the employer consisted of 31 indicators grouped into nine categories. Among them: employer brand (20 points), remuneration (20), working conditions (15), social package (10), information openness (10), feeling of protection (5), development opportunities (5), other factors (5) and contribution to victory (10 points. The score for this criterion was formed from two components of equal weight — assessments of contribution to victory by company employees and experts). Players of the labor market, employees and independent experts highly appreciated the employer brand PUIB, the bank’s contribution to the victory and support of personnel during the war. This year, FUIB received 69 out of 100 possible points.

Since the first days of the war, the priority of the bank’s work is to preserve business, clients and the team, as well as help Ukrainian defenders. Thus, FUIB invested more than UAH 147 million in support of employees. The Bank provides material assistance in the event of loss or damage to housing, injury to employees and death of their family members as a result of hostilities, in the event that families leave the occupied territories. Also, the bank employed 140 employees in other divisions from branches in temporarily occupied territories and from zones of active hostilities, and more than 100 employees underwent retraining and work in other divisions of the bank. The Fund for Assistance to Mobilized Employees of FUIB, the Coordinating Center for Relocation of Employees was created, bulletproof vests were purchased and other initiatives were implemented that helped and continue to help both mobilized and relocated employees of the bank. 40% of FUIB armored vehicles protect the country and deliver humanitarian aid.

Employees are the focus of our bank’s attention, so we did everything to preserve the jobs, life and health of our colleagues, – noted Tatyana Kostyuchenko, Deputy Chairman of the Board of Management for Personnel Work of FUIB. — For the third year now, FUIB has taken a high position in the ranking of Ukrainian employers and is the leader among the country’s banks. This is the best confirmation of the effectiveness of our strategy.”

PUIB is a financial partner of several charitable foundations. The bank accepts transfers without commission to the accounts of charitable funds to support the Armed Forces of Ukraine, TRO and volunteers in all remote channels and working departments. The bank also launched its own social project “We are of one blood”. The purpose of the project is the financing of blood donation initiatives, the purchase of hemostatic agents for the Armed Forces, assistance to the country’s economy, and support for patriotic Ukrainian art.
