Small and medium-sized enterprises working in agriculture (74.6%), hotel and restaurant business (11.5%), engaged in processing or planning energy saving projects (13.9%) could receive loans under the program.
The enterprise “YAGO PAK”, located in the town of Yagotyn in the Kyiv region, is engaged in the production of paper products for markets, restaurants, shops, cafes, coffee shops, as well as paper bags for coal, which are supplied not only throughout Ukraine, but also throughout Europe and the world.
In order to reach a new level in production, the company prepared and submitted an application for an investment project through Kredobank and very soon purchased a six-color Flex machine for the total amount of 160 thousand dollars.
“The equipment arrived completely ready. After all, these are the conditions of a real European loan with an interest rate that everyone has been dreaming about for years. It is not like it used to be in Ukraine. Loans from 20, 30, 40, 50, 60%. Thanks to the combination with the State program “Available loans 5-7-9%” we managed to reduce the interest rate to 5%”– says director Volodymyr Chekan.
The entrepreneur is convinced that if there is a clear calculation that the purchased equipment will allow to cover the loan and earn additional funds or pay off the investment and develop, then it is necessary to participate in the program.
“We will import, install, recruit, train personnel, these are additional jobs. And still launch. Despite the war and difficulties, everything must work, taxes must be paid,” he adds.
Thanks to participation in the Program, the dental center from Mykolaiv LLC “Center of Family Dentistry” purchased equipment for the treatment of patients in medicated sleep: an anesthesia station, a syringe pump, a defibrillator and an oxygen concentrator.
“The purchased equipment makes it possible to treat the smallest children, including children with Down’s syndrome, cerebral palsy, and autism. We also treat adults who are terrified of dentists,” says Victoria Bogoslavska, co-founder of the center.
“The total cost of the medical equipment was about 850,000 hryvnias. From Kredobank, the clinic took a loan for 70% of the cost of the equipment for 3 years. “Initially, the interest rate was 18%, but later, thanks to the state program “Available 5-7-9 loans %”, we lowered the interest rate to 9%, later to 7%, and now we have an interest rate of 5%”, Victoria said.

The co-founder of the center emphasized that the program from the German government is the most profitable in the 10 years of operation of the Center for Family Dentistry. Thanks to the new equipment, the center expanded its staff – invited three anesthesiologists and conducted more than 200 operations. In the future, the company planned to build a new medical center, but the plans were changed by the war.

Only at the beginning of the summer of 2022, despite the constant shelling of the city, the first female doctor returned to dentistry and partially resumed the reception of small patients who remained in Mykolaiv. Today, the clinic is open again for everyone.
