Since the beginning of the month, this is already the second report of a shooting in Chechnya with the participation of law enforcement officers. On the evening of February 4 in Grozny, police lieutenant colonel Albert Atmurzaev, head of the personnel department of the temporary operational group of organs and a subdivision of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia, was allegedly killed. This was reported by the telegram channels “Sapa Kavkaz” and “Baza”. Officially, the authorities did not comment on these messages.
It was reported that Atmurzaev, driving a car in the Akhmat Arena area, refused to stop at the request of Akhmat riot police officers, then they opened fire on the car.
