A criminal case has been initiated under the article “attempted destruction of property”.

The detainee stated that he did not try to set fire to the building, but on the contrary, he wanted to knock down the flames with a cane. Telegram channels report that a pensioner works as a technology teacher in one of the schools in the city of Balabanovo. His name is indicated as Oleg E.

  • After the beginning of the Russian invasion of Ukraine and the announcement of mobilization in Russia, the number of cases of arson of military enlistment offices, police departments, city administration offices and “United Russia” reception centers increased significantly.
