In Russia, the concerts of “Night snipers” are canceled, the soloist was denounced

The concerts of the rock band “Night Snipers” have already been canceled in six cities of Russia. A denunciation was written against the group’s soloist Diana Arbenina because of her anti-war stance.

It is known that the concerts were canceled in Ulan-Ude, Cheboksary, Ulyanovsk, Kazan, Tolyatti and Pyatigorsk, and the performance in Krasnodar is under question.

In Tatarstan, the cancellation was explained by “technical reasons”, in Ulyanovsk – by the fact that a day before the concert, a “regional event” will be held at the same venue. A representative of the Palace of Culture in Pyatigorsk said that the artists themselves “understand why this is happening.” The “Night snipers” tour for the group’s 30th anniversary should end in July with a concert in Moscow.

Earlier it was reported that the General Prosecutor’s Office of Russia received an application for Arbenina from Vitaly Borodin, known for his denunciations. In it, Borodin asks to check the singer for “discrediting” the Russian army.

Arbenina has repeatedly spoken out against the war in Ukraine. In April of last year, Night Snipers released an anti-war song, “Don’t be silent.” Its premiere in Chelyabinsk was met with applause.
