In the Donetsk region of Ukraine, at least three people died as a result of Russian shelling in Kramatorsk and Slavyansk on Saturday. This was reported by the head of the regional military administration, Vadym Filashkin, on the Telegram channel.

According to him, the body of a security guard was pulled out from under the rubble of a school in Slavyansk. He was the only one in the building at the time of the impact. In Kramatorsk, it is known about two dead and two injured.

According to local authorities, on the evening of February 17, Russian troops launched a rocket attack on Slavyansk and Kramatorsk. Three rockets were fired at Kramatorsk – they hit the industrial zone and the private sector, the Ukrainian service of Radio Svoboda reports.

Throughout the entire war, the Russian authorities repeatedly denied accusations of deliberate attacks on civilian objects in Ukraine.

The mayor’s office of the Russian city of Belgorod reported on Sunday morning about the removal of the missile threat in the city of Valuyki and the Valuysky district. Prior to that, a missile threat was declared in the region twice a night. According to the Russian Ministry of Defense, four Ukrainian aircraft-type drones were shot down by anti-aircraft defense on Saturday night. Kyiv did not comment on this.
