The nephew of the head of Chechnya, Ramzan Kadyrov, 26-year-old Khamzat Kadyrov became his adviser-assistant on the power bloc. Chechen Minister of National Policy, External Relations, Press and Information Akhmed Dudayev reported this in his Telegram channel.
He called Kadyrov’s nephew an “excellent manager” and a “faithful ally” of the head of Chechnya and noted that any direction entrusted to Khamzat Kadyrov “begins to develop dynamically.”
In early February, Khamzat Kadyrov was appointed to the post of Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Property and Land Relations of Chechnya.
Until August 2021, Khamzat Kadyrov headed the Ministry of Physical Culture, Sports and Youth Policy of Chechnya. At the end of September 2022, Kadyrov introduced his nephew as the head of his secretariat.
Khamzat Kadyrov graduated from the Centaroev School of Hafiz. Later, he also received a secular education at the Faculty of Public Administration at the Chechen State University.
