The first authorized meeting of the Gambling and Lotteries Regulatory Commission (KRAIL) after the restoration of the quorum ended with the decision to revoke the licenses of several legal entities that were engaged in the organization and conduct of gambling in Ukraine.

“At the first authorized meeting after the restoration of the quorum, in order to ensure the implementation of the state sanctions policy, KRAIL made a decision to cancel licenses in the field of organizing and conducting gambling activities of the specified legal entities to which personal special economic and other restrictive measures (sanctions) have been applied.” , – says the regulator’s message.
It is noted that guided decision of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine dated March 10, 2023, pursuant to the law “On Sanctions”, the following licenses were cancelled:
“Parimatch” LLC – licenses for the organization and conduct of online casino gambling activities and for the organization and conduct of bookmaker activities;
“Pokermatch.Ua” LLC – license to organize and conduct gambling games in poker on the Internet;
“Pointloto” LLC (formerly “Melbet”) – a license to organize and conduct online casino gambling activities.
Also KRAIL reportedwhich canceled a number of other licenses “in connection with the presence of indirect relations of control by residents of Russia” and for non-payment for licenses, without mentioning their names in the release.
According to data on the KRAIL website, the gambling licenses of Imperia Azartu LLC, Nebula Games LLC, Lord Gambling Club LLC, Volna 4444 LLC, Premier Palace Casino LLC, LLC “Kharkiv Palace Club”, LLC “Fan Game”, LLC “Solo Games”, LLC “Storm Ukraine”, LLC “ST Gaming Ukraine”, JSC “Ibox Bank”, LLC “Gamedev”, LLC “Billionaire Casino Company”, LLC “Fjorst Win” and “Victoria-Soft” LLC.
In addition, “Royal” LLC, “Primum” LLC, “Genesis Game” LLC and “Bgg Technologies Ukraine” LLC lost their licenses for gaming machines, and “Aifar Group” LLC – for gaming machines and a gaming table with a roulette ring and gaming tables .

The President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy by decree of March 10 of this year implemented the decision of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine (NSDC) adopted on the same day to impose sanctions on 120 individuals and 287 legal entities, including Ukrainian Parimatch LLC, Leo Financial Company , “Pokermatch.UA”, “Your Betting Company” and “Play Fan Investment”, “Pointloto”. Among the Russian companies that have come under sanctions is Melofon LLC, which operates under the Melbet brand.
