Naftogaz assessed its war losses: which destruction was the greatest
NJSC Naftogaz of Ukraine estimates its own losses at more than 1 billion dollars due to damaged or destroyed infrastructure.
This was stated by the head of Naftogaz, Oleksiy Chernyshov told in an interview with NV.
Speaking of money, he said, the company suffered more than $1 billion in losses due to damaged or destroyed infrastructure.
“One of the biggest destructions is the Shebelinsky Refinery, the destroyed tank farm. All these damages are mainly in Kharkiv Oblast, which has suffered from shelling since the beginning of the full-scale war,” Chernyshov explained.
At the same time, added the head of “Naftogaz, the company has losses among employees, both at the front and during the execution of works. “But you know, all this infrastructure, factories can be restored. But people cannot be returned,” he said.
