The Permanent Representative of Russia to the UN Vasyl Nebenzya, speaking before the members of the international organization, commented on the missile attack by Russian troops on a cafe in the village of Groza, Kharkiv region, as a result of which dozens of civilians were killed.
“At the time of the attack, the funeral of one of the high-ranking Ukrainian nationalists was taking place there. Of course, many of his accomplices, neo-Nazis, took part in them. It is no coincidence that in the photos published on social networks immediately after the attack, almost all the bodies belong to men of draft age,” Nebenzya said, without naming the source of the information voiced by him.
