About the attack of the Russian Federation on ports. On the night of July 19, Russia attacked the grain terminals in the ports of Odesa and Chornomorsk, as a result of which the traders’ infrastructure was damaged.
As a result of Russian attacks on infrastructure in Odesa, 60,000 tons of grain were destroyed in the port of Chornomorsk.
About the “grain deal”. Russia will consider all vessels, regardless of flag, bound for Ukrainian ports from midnight on July 20 as involved in a military conflict.
Russia will “consider the possibility” of returning to the “grain agreement” only if its conditions are fully met.
About gas reserves. Since March 2023 and as of the end of the second quarter, Ukraine has accumulated 1.5 billion cubic meters of natural gas in storage – up to 10.5 billion cubic meters, despite the fact that even in August 2022, reserves in storage already exceeded 12 billion cubic meters.
About the EU fund to support the army of Ukraine. The European Union is preparing a proposal to create a special fund to support the Ukrainian army for the next four years in the amount of up to 20 billion euros.
About reservation from mobilization. The Ministry of Economy together with the Ministry of Digital Transformation are developing an electronic reservation mechanism.
