The Novaya pochta company plans to issue the third issue of bonds in its history – the “C” series. This is reported by Interfax-Ukraine.

As the National Securities and Stock Market Commission reported on its website, it registered a closed issue of nominal interest ordinary unsecured corporate bonds of Nova Poshta series “C” on January 24.
There is no information about release parameters.

In 2020, Novaya pochta issued series “B” bonds for UAH 700 million, maturing on February 28, 2023, with a coupon rate of 16% per annum and payment frequency of four times an hour. It was noted that 40% of the funds raised will be directed to the construction of logistics centers, and 60% to their automation. Raiffeisen Bank was the underwriter.
Novaya Poshta placed its debut bond issue in February-April 2019 in the amount of UAH 300 million at 22% per annum with a maturity date of August 22, 2020. Funds from the placement of bonds were focused on the modernization of the issuer’s separate infrastructure and network.
