“Sveta – I decide tickets”: Ukrzaliznytsia has changed the ticket sales scheme

Ukrzaliznytsia recently changed the rules to make it impossible to resell tickets on the most popular international flights, in particular on No. 67/68 Kyiv — Warsaw — Kyiv. The sale of these tickets was transferred online so that everyone could buy a ticket 20 days before the flight. This is stated in the company’s message.

However, the traffickers rearranged the algorithms of their actions on “online rails” and began to hunt for tickets with a refund.

Ukrzaliznytsia conducted a series of “control purchases” based on advertisements on the network, where it was offered to find tickets to Warsaw for a “commission”, and identified employees who participated in this process.

“Sveta – I solve tickets” (our now ex-employee), “Vytalyk – train tickets”, and don’t hope that something will “solve” again. Your time is up. Our passengers expect clarity and transparency from us, so there is no place for any “sticky fish” near Ukrzaliznytsia,” the company said.

All tickets that will be returned for a specific date will be entered into the system exactly one day before the date of travel between 08:00 and 09:00.

That is, the general sale of tickets will start 20 days before the flight, and the returned tickets will be put up for sale the day before departure.

“If you didn’t manage to buy a ticket in 20 days, now you don’t need to hunt for them or turn to “dealers” – for urgent matters, you can find all returned tickets in this clear time period. And the tickets that will be handed in from day to day will be returned to the system no later than 30 minutes after handing in,” the company added.

Therefore, “Sveta – I solve tickets” can be permanently deleted from the phone book.
