Official: Ukrainian football player Mudryk moved to Chelsea
“Chelsea” officially announced the transfer of Ukrainian football player Mykhailo Mudryk, reports with reference to the club’s message.
“Mikhail Mudryk has completed his transfer from Shakhtar Donetsk to Chelsea, agreed personal terms with the club,” the message says.
As reported by the club, the Ukrainian player, who turned 22 at the beginning of this month, signed a contract with Chelsea for eight and a half years.
“I am very happy to sign a contract with Chelsea,” said Mudryk after completing his transfer. — This is a huge club in a fantastic league, and this is a very attractive project for me at this stage of my career. I am delighted to meet my new teammates and I look forward to working and learning under the leadership of Graham Potter and his team.”
“A skilful player with plenty of speed, Mudryk quickly established a reputation as one of the most dangerous attacking players in Europe in one-on-one situations. Being primarily a wide player, he played on both flanks in Shakhtar Donetsk…”, the club noted.
Todd Boly, chairman of the board of Chelsea, and Behdad Eghbali, co-controlling owner, said: “We are delighted to welcome Mikhail to Chelsea. He is an extremely exciting talent who we believe will be a great addition to our team both now and in the years to come. He will add even more depth to our attack, and we know that he will be very warmly received in London.”
“Welcome to Stamford Bridge, Mikhail!” – added in the club.
