The day before, the third round of the championship of Ukraine among teams of groups A and B took place in Kamiansk men’s Super League.
The leadership of the championship is held by VC “Dynamo” Lviv”, while NTU “KhPI-ShVSM” of Kharkiv and ShVSM “VK Mariupol” claim the second place. After ten matches, they have 21 points each. “Currently, we can say that the water polo championship has frozen at a certain level, because of the war, many water polo players are unable to play. Young water polo players are currently abroad, many are serving in the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
In the next round, we plan to make live broadcasts, because fans can expect a large number of good and intriguing matches. We understand that the number of people in the stands may be limited due to the war, so it will be possible to watch the matches online.
Currently, it is unfortunate that many young water polo players are abroad. On the one hand, this is an experience for young players in European teams, on the other hand, the younger generation would have the opportunity to demonstrate their skills by playing for various Super League teams and competing with experienced players.
