[ad_1]
In order to receive compensation from the state for destroyed property, Ukrainians must provide a document confirming ownership. However, due to the destruction of houses, many Ukrainians lost their documents. In case of loss of the title document, a duplicate of the lost or damaged document is issued. This is reported by the Kyiv City Council.

How to get a duplicate of a lost document
Option number 1
If the ownership right to the immovable property was registered before 2003, then to obtain a duplicate of the title document, you should contact the notary who issued this document, the notary archive, an official of the local self-government body, or the Center for the provision of administrative services.
Option number 2
If the ownership right to immovable property was registered after 2003, then information about the ownership right can be obtained from the State Register of Immovable Property Rights independently, through a notary or the Center for the Provision of Administrative Services.
Option number 3
If the applicant has not registered the ownership right to the immovable property or it is not possible to obtain duplicates of the title documents, it is necessary to apply to the court to establish the ownership right to the immovable property.
