Prominvestbank’s luxury villa in Koncha-Zaspe was sold for 311 million


The Individual Deposit Guarantee Fund sold at an auction in the Prozorro system. Sale of special assets of Prominvestbank in Koncha-Zaspa – a country complex with a luxurious furnished villa, several guest houses, a spa center, a restaurant and a hotel. This was reported by the press service of the Foundation.

Trading progress

Three participants came to the first auction, held according to the English auction model. During the auction, the starting price increased by 66% — from UAH 187.6 million to UAH 311.1 million.

The winner of the auction was Mydal, a company registered in Kyiv. According to open registers, it was created in 2019 and deals with real estate. The owner is Maksym Krippa.

The winner of the auction has transferred the entire amount for the lot, preparations for signing the sales contract are ongoing.

“It was very interesting, but at the same time a difficult asset… This object had several “buts”. For example, legally it is not a complete complex, and there is no ownership right to part of the land plots,” commented Alexander Kulchytsky, director of the Department of Consolidated Sales of Assets of the Investment Guarantee Fund.

The proceeds will be sent to settle the bank’s creditors.

Earlier, the “Ministry of Finance” wrote that the Guarantee Fund sold one of the offices of “Prominvestbank” in the center of Kyiv for UAH 63 million.

On February 25, the NBU decided to revoke the banking license and liquidate the banks under the control of the Russian Federation: JSC “International Reserve Bank”, 100% owned by PJSC (Sberbank of Russia) and PJSC “Action Commercial Commercial Investment Bank” (PJSC “Prominvestbank”)) , which is 99.77% owned by the State Development Corporation “VEB.RF”.

On July 21, the Individual Deposit Guarantee Fund began selling the liquidated assets of Prominvestbank.
