Vladimir Putin said that Russia reserves the right to a mirror response if Ukraine uses cluster munitions.
“The Russian Federation has a sufficient supply of various types of cluster munitions, so far this has not been done or used, and we did not have such a need, despite the known shortage of ammunition in a certain period of time, but we did not do this. But, Of course, if they are used against us, we reserve the right to mirror actions,” Putin said in an interview with Kremlin journalist Pavel Zarubin.
