Ukraine and the European Union have completed the official procedures for making changes to the Association Agreement for joining the EU roaming zone, and the next step is the harmonization of legislation.

In early April, the Cabinet of Ministers passed the decision of the Ukraine-EU Association Committee in the trade composition, which creates the conditions for Ukraine to acquire the regime of the EU internal market in the field of roaming.

Head of the European Commission, Ursula von der Leyen statedthat Ukraine will join the EU roaming zone.

On July 24, Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal said that Ukraine plans to soon to join the EU roaming space.
