The pension fund has reduced the financing of pensions

The Pension Fund of Ukraine has completed the financing of pensions for April 2023. UAH 57.1 billion was allocated to pension payments, which is UAH 500 million less than in March (UAH 57.6 billion). This was reported by the press service of the PFU.

According to the Pension Fund, UAH 10.1 billion was sent to pay pensions through Ukrposhta, UAH 47 billion — through authorized banks.
In addition, the PFU sent:
- UAH 5.4 billion for the payment of housing subsidies and benefits;
- UAH 2.1 billion for insurance payments, including UAH 1.0 billion for sick leave payments.
In April, 739 thousand were provided. services to persons who applied to the bodies of the Pension Fund.

Let’s remind
Indexation of pensions was carried out in March. In March, the Pension Fund sent UAH 57.6 billion for pension payments, which is 13% more than in February.
