Russian actors and writers are asking not to separate Masha Moskalyova from her father

Russian actors, writers and journalists held an action for the reunification of Masha Moskalyova with her father, from whom the 13-year-old schoolgirl was separated for an anti-war drawing.

Chulpan Khamatova, Anatoly Bely, Artur Smolyaninov, Dmitry Bykov, Artur Solomonov, Kirill Nabutov and Tatiana Lazareva take turns reading the girl’s letter to her arrested father. The video of the flash mob is published by the Telegram channel “We can explain”.

The participants of the action are asking not to separate the daughter from the father and not to leave Alexey Moskalev parental rights.

On March 28, the Efremovsky district court sentenced Alexei Moskalev to two years in a general regime colony. The defendant was not present at the hearing, as he had escaped from house arrest the day before.

After the arrest of Alexei Mosklev, his daughter, whom he was raising alone, ended up in an orphanage, from where she wrote this letter in which she supported her father.

“Know that we will win, that the victory will be ours, that we will be together, we are a team, you are the best. I am asking you – just do not give up. Believe, hope and love. One day we will sit at the table and remember all this. I I love you, I hope not, I know that you will not give up, you are strong, we are strong, we can, and I will pray for you and for us, dad.” – says the letter of thirteen-year-old Masha Moskalyova.

• On April 7, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Russia reported that Moskalyov is in a pre-trial detention center in the Belarusian city of Zhodyno and is awaiting deportation.
• Yesterday it became known that Masha Moskalyova was given to her mother, who expressed her readiness to “break” her daughter’s thoughts about politics.
• In the spring of last year, Alexey Moskalev’s daughter drew an anti-war picture in class. The school principal contacted the police. The Moskalyovs’ apartment was searched.
• In the father’s social networks, the police found comments in support of Ukraine, as well as caricatures of Russian President Vladimir Putin. After that, Alexey Moskalyov was first reported under the article of the Administrative Code on the discrediting of the Russian army, fined 32 thousand rubles, and then a criminal case was opened on the same charge.
