In Lyubertsy near Moscow, the court fined the owner of one of the local cafes Alyona Polyakevich 45,000 for kicking out a participant in the war with Ukraine. The woman was found guilty of violating the article of the administrative code on discrediting the actions of the Russian army.

As “Mediazona” reports, last week Polyakevich published a post on her social networks in which she told how a “fighter from the front” came to her cafe. According to the owner of the establishment, the soldier began to behave rudely, and she had to “manage the situation.”

“Without a shout, without a mat and other things, I simply asked them to leave the premises. I have already kicked out the homeless, and now the woeful fighters are on my list,” wrote Polyakveich.

A screenshot of the post was published by several patriotic publications. One of them also stated that some “activists”, among whom there are “SVO fighters”, came to the establishment in Lyubertsy, but they were “again refused” to serve them. After that, they released the police officers and “wrote a collective statement.”
