On May 1, the order of the Ministry of Justice came into force, which approved the new forms declared in the sphere of state registration of legal entities, natural persons — entrepreneurs and public entities. This is reported by the Chamber of Notaries of Ukraine.

What has changed
You can download the new forms for state registration of legal entities, natural persons — entrepreneurs, and publicly formed entities on the website of the Ministry of Justice by following the link.
In addition, the order introduced changes to the requirements for writing the name of a legal entity, its separate subdivision, public formation that does not have the status of a legal entity, except for a trade union organization.
Therefore, to write the name of a legal entity, the letters of the Latin alphabet are used when writing the name not only in English, but also in any foreign language.
The name of a separate division instead of the words “distributed division” (“branch”, “representative office”) must contain only the word “branch” or “representative office”.
In addition, amendments were made to the procedure for state registration of legal entities, private limited liability companies and publicly formed companies that do not have the status of a legal entity.
Namely, when submitting an application in electronic form, if for state registration it is provided for the submission of a copy of a document certifying the identity and confirming the citizenship of a person who is the ultimate beneficial owner of a legal entity, electronic scanned copies of such documents with the imposition of a qualified electronic signature of the applicant are attached to the application.
