“Available loans 5-7-9%”: Banks have already issued 104 billion

Over the past week, 899 concessional loans for a total amount of UAH 3.1 billion were issued within the framework of the state program “Affordable Loans 5-7-9%”. This was reported by the press service of the Ministry of Finance.

How many loans were issued

Since the start of the program, business entities have received 60,756 loans from authorized banks for a total amount of UAH 193.68 billion, of which 40,114 were from banks of the state sector of the economy for a total amount of UAH 82.75 billion.

During the period of martial law in Ukraine, 25,934 credit agreements for a total amount of UAH 104.06 billion were concluded within the framework of the state program.

Of these, UAH 2.06 billion are for investment purposes; UAH 7.19 billion — as anti-crisis loans; UAH 4.33 billion — as refinancing of previously received loans, UAH 29.11 billion — loans for agricultural producers, and another UAH 56.47 billion — for anti-war purposes.

The program is implemented by the Entrepreneurship Development Fund (FDP). The only participant of the FRP is the government represented by the Ministry of Finance, which coordinates all aspects of the Fund’s activities.

To date, under the State program “Affordable credits 5−7−9%”, the FRP has concluded cooperation agreements with 45 banks.
