Since the beginning of the year, the consolidated budget has received 338 billion

Receipts (balance) in the consolidated budget for payments controlled by the State Tax Service of Ukraine in January-April 2023 amounted to UAH 337.9 billion. This was reported by the press service of the State Tax Service.

It is noted that in January-April 2023, the state budget received UAH 200.6 billion, and local budgets received UAH 137.3 billion.

In April 2023, receipts (balance) in the consolidated budget for payments controlled by the State Tax Service amounted to UAH 84.7 billion. UAH 48.4 billion went to the state budget, UAH 36.3 billion to local budgets.

Receipts (balance) to the general fund of the state budget for the reporting period amounted to UAH 198 billion. Indicators of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine’s assessment of the revenues of the general fund of the state budget were fulfilled by 100.6%, and UAH 1.3 billion was added to the budget. At the same time, UAH 51.8 billion of VAT was reimbursed to the accounts of payers.

Growth

In terms of basic payments in January-April 2023, compared to the corresponding period last year, the increase in excise tax on manufactured and imported goods (products) is 2 times (+ UAH 15.9 billion), tax and personal income tax — 23% (+ UAH 9.5 billion).

Local budgets received UAH 137.3 billion in January-April 2023, which is UAH 27 billion or 24.5% more than in January-April 2022.

In April 2023, receipts (balance) in the consolidated budget for payments controlled by the State Tax Service amount to UAH 84.7 billion. The state budget received 48.4 billion hryvnias, local budgets received 36.3 billion hryvnias.

Receipts (balance) to the general fund of the state budget in April 2023 amounted to UAH 47.6 billion. The indicators of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine’s assessment of the revenues of the general fund of the state budget were fulfilled by 106.9%, and UAH 3.1 billion was added to the budget. Account payers were reimbursed UAH 11.4 billion of VAT.

The indicators of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine on excise tax on manufactured and imported goods (products) were fully implemented — 132.7% (+ UAH 2.4 billion), tax and levy on the income of individuals — 114% (+ UAH 1.6 billion UAH), according to the tax on the profit of the enterprise — 155.9% (+0.8 billion UAH), according to the tax on added value, taking into account the budget compensation — 102% (+0.3 billion UAH).

In terms of basic payments in April 2023, compared to April 2022, the increase in the excise tax on manufactured and imported goods (products) is UAH 3.7 billion (+61%), in the tax and personal income tax — 3. UAH 7 billion (+38.1%).

Local budgets received UAH 36.3 billion in April 2023, which is UAH 11.3 billion or 45% more than in April 2022.
