State Duma deputy Igor Ananskikh said that he did not participate in the writing of the article “The Russian family as the basis of national statehood” that caused a great stir in social networks. He told RTVI that he was included in the list of authors by mistake. The article, the authors of which are indicated by five people, including a deputy, tells about the conspiracy of freemasons and “reptoids” with the goal of destroying Russia.

The article was published in the ninth issue of the journal “Juridical science: history and modernity” for 2023. Its co-authors, in addition to the Ananskys, are indicated as the chief researcher of the Legal Institute in St. Petersburg, Mikhail Salnikov, the Voronezh Doctor of Law Nikolay Litvinov, the reserve lieutenant general of the FSB and the Cossack ataman Ivan Mironov, and the general director of the clinical sanatorium, Ilya Harin.

According to the authors, two types of people live on Earth: those created “in the image and likeness of God” and those created “from the dust of the earth with the help of cosmic genetic technologies.” The second represent the “reptoid space civilization” and form secret structures, one of the goals of which is to weaken and destroy the Russian people. The USA and Western countries are allegedly involved in the conspiracy, Masonic lodges are also mentioned, to which members of their governments belong.

The authors mention that the destruction of the traditional family, premarital sex and abortion, as well as feminism and oral sex, which appeared in Russia, in their opinion, with the advent of “democracy”, are the instruments of the “beast people”. They refer to the pseudoscientific theory of telegony, according to which the genetic material of a woman’s first sexual partner is allegedly transmitted to all her future children, regardless of who they will be conceived from. On the basis of this, the authors propose to legally limit the possibility of marrying women who had sexual relations before marriage, especially with “foreigners”. They also write that the majority of rapes in Russia are committed by migrants, and “raped Slavic women will no longer be able to continue their family through children.”

The publication caused a wide response in the press and social networks. Commentators point out that it is unscientific.

Igor Ananskikh stated that his name appeared in the list of authors by mistake. According to him, he had indeed prepared an article for the magazine about the value of the traditional family, but it should have been published in a separate publication.

“This is not my article. Moreover, when I read it (I was dropped at night), my hair stood up everywhere. I should have had an article in this magazine about family values, and I was sure that my article had come out, and therefore, when there was some news yesterday, I answered just about it,” the deputy said in an interview with RTVI. The last remark, apparently, refers to his commentary in the publication “Podyom”, where Ananskikh said that he participated in the writing of the text.

At the moment, the Ananskikh surname has been removed from the list of authors on the website of the journal “Juridical Science: History and Modernity”. The magazine published an apology to Ananskih, clarified that his name was mistakenly included in the list of authors “for technical reasons”, and his article “Family as a moral and legal value of Russian society” will be published in the next, tenth issue.

The journal “Juridical science: history and modernity” is included in the Russian index of scientific citations (RINC) – the national database of scientific publications.
