The authorities of the Bryansk region reported on Tuesday that five people were injured during shelling from the Ukrainian side of the town-type village of Suzemka.

The governor of the region Alexander Bogomaz wrote about this in his Telegram channel. He noted that the victims were taken to the hospital, where they received the necessary assistance.

Earlier it was reported that as a result of shelling in the area, an administrative building was partially damaged and three people were injured.

The head of the administration of the Kherson region of Ukraine, Oleksandr Prokudin, reported on February 27 that the Russian military shelled the village of Veletenskoe in the region on Tuesday afternoon, resulting in the death of an 82-year-old woman. The Russian military did not comment on this.

In the Donetsk region of Ukraine, in the Kurakhovsky district, on Tuesday, as a result of Russian shelling, one person was killed and five were wounded, the Donetsk regional prosecutor’s office reported. It is confirmed that the shelling was carried out from barrel artillery. A private enterprise was hit, a building and cars were damaged. A 32-year-old employee of the enterprise died of his injuries on the way to the hospital. Three more men and two women were hospitalized with shrapnel and other injuries. Kurakhovo is located 10 kilometers from the current front line.
