The company “Krytex-Service” resumes production in Vinnytsiapobuthim

P“Vinnytsiapobuthim” enterprise, which for a long time was one of the leaders in the production of washing powder, has been under arrest for almost a year due to its former Russian owners.
Last year, the enterprise was stopped, and the state, to which it was transferred by law, suffered losses due to the non-working asset.
According to the result of the competitive selection, Crytex-Service LLC received the right to resume work and become the manager of Vinnytsiapobuthim’s assets.
The enterprise in Vinnytsia was part of it of the Russian cosmetic group “Nevsky Cosmetics”. In the summer of 2022, the assets of Vinnytsiapobuthim were seized, and the company transferred to the National Agency for Identification, Search and Asset Management (ARMA), which had to find a manager for the production.
On October 24, 2022, the National Agency announced the competition, and the winner was chosen in mid-December.
High performance, unique experience
The victory was won by Crytex-Service LLC, which has been operating on the Ukrainian market for more than 15 years. The company specializes in the distribution of household chemicals, cosmetics, and hygiene products.
All this time, “Crytex-Service” cooperates with transnational suppliers, such as Loreal, Henkel, Unilever, Johnson & Johnson, BIC, Schwarzkopf. Over the past 6 years, the company has managed to increase its turnover fivefold, and the growth rate of turnover is more than 30% every year.
Now the company manages trademarks, production buildings, land plots and equipment of Vinnytsiapobuthim. On April 7, the contract was signed, and Crytex-Service received the right to manage production facilities.
In the near future, it will be possible to start production.
Hundreds of new jobs are planned
“Krytex-Service” is able to produce dry detergents using a unique tower technology, which ensures quality and volume of production.
At the same time, “Krytex-Service” has the expertise to implement a marketing strategy and organize the distribution of goods in all sales channels.
The company plans to improve products that were produced before (such as the popular “Eared Nanny” powder) and offer new products to consumers.
“In Ukraine, it is possible to produce goods that will become a competitive alternative to imported counterparts and meet high quality standards, – says Serhii Zaikov, director of Crytex-Service LLC. – This is a real way to restore the country, create new jobs, and fill the state budget.”
Already at the preparatory stage, Crytex-Service LLC employed more than 70 people. In general, the company plans to offer hundreds of jobs. In addition, the manufacturer undertakes to transfer approximately UAH 3.75 million per month to the budget.
Crytex-Service hopes to achieve the first high indicators by the end of 2023. In particular, we are talking about the production of more than 5 thousand tons of washing powders, more than 200 thousand liters of liquid detergents and more than 6 million units of washing and cleaning products.
