The company of a millionaire close to Lukashenka is still not under sanctions.  It has two power plants in Ukraine

Millionaire Oleksandr Mashensky, close to the Belarusian dictator Oleksandr Lukashenka, has two solar power plants in Ukraine through the company “Ekotechnik Velyka Dobron”, which is still not under sanctions.

This is stated in material Radio Svaboda.

In Ukraine, Mashensky also worked for the food company “Santa Kholod Ukraine”, whose assets were seized in June last year.

Instead, another company of the millionaire, “Ekotechnik Velyka Dobron” LLC, continues to work in Ukraine.

It was registered in 2012, and in the same year it started construction of a solar power plant in the village of Velyka Dobran in Transcarpathia. It was put into operation from 2017 to 2019, in three stages, until the total capacity reached 3.33 MW.

In March 2019, “Ekotechnik Velyka Dobron” LLC completed the construction of a new photovoltaic power plant with a capacity of 16.9 MW in the city of Bar, Vinnytsia region.

The company planned to further develop, as noted on the official website, “not only in the field of solar energy, but also in other areas, making maximum use of the climatic features and resources of Ukraine.”

According to the financial report, the income of the company “Ekotechnik Velyka Dobron” in 2022 was UAH 213.3 million (in 2021 – UAH 259.2 million), losses – UAH 180.4 million (in 2021, the net profit was at the level of 106 million hryvnias).

The company’s assets for 2022 are estimated at UAH 619.5 million.
