Ukraine is preparing to confiscate the assets of Saldo’s collaborator

The Ministry of Justice filed a lawsuit with the High Anti-Corruption Court regarding the confiscation of the assets of Volodymyr Saldo, a collaborator who headed the occupation administration of Kherson.

The third parties in the case are the wife and daughter of the collaborator, Vitaly Sinkov, and four legal entities: “BEBKO-AVTO” LLC; LLC “KONKA”, PJSC “CHESTNUT”; PJSC “DELTA-SERVICE”.
These four companies may be subject to confiscation.
Yes, “BEBKO-AVTO” LLC is registered in Kherson with a charter capital of UAH 1.8 million. The network of car dealerships is a dealer for the sale and repair of Volvo cars. Among the final beneficiaries of the company are the daughter of the collaborator Iryna Saldo, Vyacheslav Bebko and Anton Kushnir.
Another company, LLC “KONKA” is also a Kherson-based company engaged in organizing leisure activities. Among the founders of the company are the same Iryna Saldo, as well as Oleksandr Bolbot, Volodymyr Dydin and Hanna Klimentenko. The size of the authorized capital of the enterprise is UAH 18,500, and the income for 2020 was UAH 707,000.
PJSC “KASHTAN” is registered in the Korostyshiv district of the Zhytomyr Region. The company specializes in extracting decorative and construction stone, limestone, gypsum, chalk and clay slate. Salda’s wife, Lyubov, is among the founders. The authorized capital is UAH 370,000.
PJSC “DELTA-SERVICE” is a transport company registered in Kherson. Its authorized capital is UAH 7 million, and the final beneficiaries are Lyubov Saldo, Leonid Girin and the Turkish company AYKUT KETENSIOGLU.
In 2019, the Kherson City Court seized corporate rights (shares), a set of property and non-property rights, which is 20% of the company’s shares, which are part of the authorized capital. Over the past three years, four criminal court cases have been connected with the company.
