The Verkhovna Rada created a Temporary Investigative Commission to investigate possible fraud in the field of financial services. This was reported by the first deputy chairman of the tax committee, Yaroslav Zheleznyak.

He clarified that 276 parliamentarians supported the adoption of the relevant resolution No. 9264.
The quantitative composition of the Temporary Investigative Commission is 10 people’s deputies. Oleksandr Kunytskyi, a deputy from the Servant of the People parliamentary faction, was elected chairman of the VSK, and Nikolai Skoryk, a deputy from the parliamentary group “Platform for Life and Peace”, was elected deputy chairman.
The term of operation of the Temporary Investigative Commission is one hour from the day of its formation.
The main tasks of the VSK
Among the main tasks of the VSK:
- investigation of possible facts of fraud and other illegal activities in the field of financial services and financial services carried out using information, electronic communication, information and communication systems and electronic communication networks;
- investigation of possible facts of involvement and training of third parties for the purpose of their participation in illegal activities in the sphere of financial services and financial services markets.
