On September 5, the Verkhovna Rada adopted in its entirety draft law No. 9534 on the restoration of electronic declaration for officials.

This was reported by the first deputy chairman of the Tax Committee of the Council, Yaroslav Zheleznyak Telegram.

A total of 329 people’s representatives voted for the adoption of the draft law.

In particular, it was adopted:

  • an amendment clarifying the list of officials of a legal entity under public law who are subject to anti-corruption legislation (246 votes)
  • an amendment stating that if the property is specified in one section, but not specified in another, it is not considered a crime (247 votes)
  • the amendment, which consists in the fact that if the property has been declared for several years and it has already been checked once, it cannot be checked again (239 votes).

Instead, as we wrote earlier, the main amendment is about the immediate opening of declarations did not type the required number of votes (199 out of 226).
