The Council supported the dismissal of the head of the FDMU Umerov

At its meeting on September 5, the Verkhovna Rada dismissed the head of the State Property Fund, Rustem Umerov, who is to take the post of Minister of Defense.
Yaroslav Zheleznyak, the first deputy chairman of the Tax Committee of the Council, announced this in Telegram.
Voted for 302 people’s deputies.
“We are waiting today for a proposal from the President to appoint him as the Minister of Defense of Ukraine, and tomorrow for a vote,” Zheleznyak added.

Earlier the same day, the parliament approved the resignation of Oleksiy Reznikov from the position of Minister of Defense.
On September 4, Rustem Umyerov, who is to take the place of Oleksiy Reznikov as Minister of Defense, submitted to the Verkhovna Rada an application for dismissal from the position of head of the State Property Fund (FDMU).
On September 3, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy confirmed that he had decided to fire the Minister of Defense Oleksiy Reznikov, his place should be taken by the head of the State Property Fund, Rustem Umyerov.
After that, Oleksiy Reznikov submitted to the Verkhovna Rada an application for resignation from the post of Minister of Defense of Ukraine and expressed his readiness to report.
