The court satisfied the request of the State Bureau of Investigation regarding the confiscation and transfer to ARMA of metal products worth 3 million hryvnias, manufactured by the Russian “Kyberstal”.

About this informs press service of the DBR.

Metal products were in the warehouses of Ukrainian customs even before the beginning of the full-scale invasion of Russia. One of the Ukrainian enterprises became the customer of the goods.

The manufacturer of metal products turned out to be the enterprise of the Russian under-sanctioned billionaire Andriy Komarov.

The DBR reminded that by the decision of the NSDC dated October 19, 2022, sanctions were applied to him for a period of 10 years, including restrictions on trade transactions.

In May 2023, Ukrainian entrepreneurs, using numerous front companies, tried to clear Russian goods through customs, but were unsuccessful due to the response of law enforcement officers.

Currently, within the framework of the investigation, a set of necessary measures is being taken to bring to justice those who tried to do business with the occupiers.

We remind you:

According to the materials of the State Bureau of Investigation and the Office of the Prosecutor General, the court handed over more than 24 million hryvnias of a Ukrainian citizen connected with the Russian oligarch Giner to the National Agency for Investigation and Asset Management (ARMA).
