The death toll in Russia during a powerful storm on the Black Sea has risen to two. The body of one of the dead was taken out of the water in Sochi. In Ukraine, in the Russian-occupied part of the Kherson region, 94 settlements remained without electricity, the governor appointed by Russia, Vladimir Saldo, said. More than half a million people also remained without electricity in the occupied part of the Donetsk region.
