The export of electricity to Slovakia, which NEC “Ukrenergo” resumed on July 23, did not take place.
This is evidenced by the data on the website of the network of operators of the transmission system of continental Europe ENTSO-E, reports “Interfax-Ukraine“.
According to the data ENTSO-E the export volume was 0 MWh, despite the reservation of 10 MW of interstate power from the Ukrainian side and 40 MW from the Slovak side for six hours of supply from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
In addition, according to Ukrenergo, the company, having held the first auction after a long break on July 21 for the allocation of capacity for export with delivery on July 23, did not offer traders a cross-section for export either on July 24 or July 25.
It is added that the import of electricity from Slovakia continued even after Ukraine resumed exports. On Saturday, 2,554 MWh were imported, which is almost 40% more than on Friday. On Sunday, imports decreased to 1,717 MWh, which is 32.7% less than on Saturday.
