The FSB was asked to check the statements of Urgant, Galkin and Fridman

The head of the State Duma committee on security and anti-corruption, Vasyl Pyskarev, sent a request to the Prosecutor General’s Office, the Investigative Committee, the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the FSB of Russia to check the statements of TV presenters Ivan Urgant and Alexander Gudkov, businessman Mikhail Fridman, and showmen Maksym Galkin and Alexander Revva. The deputy published the relevant document in his Telegram channel.

Pyskarev also asks to verify the statements of fashion historian Alexander Vasiliev, blogger Ruslan Usachev, and Yury Kudryashov, the son of the chairman of the government of the Samara region, Viktor Kudryashov. In addition, the deputy asked the authorities for data on Russians who left the country after the start of the full-scale invasion of Ukraine, and who are considered to be involved in the financing of the Armed Forces.

Earlier, the chairman of the State Duma, Vyacheslav Volodin, threatened the resettlement who “made statements against Russia” and “financed the Armed Forces of Ukraine” with criminal cases under the article on treason. The politician said that such people should be sent “to the mines” and to places “where there is no summer.”

The press secretary of the President of Russia, Dmitry Peskov, stated that among the Russians who left, there are those who have become “enemies of Russia.” In his opinion, for such people, if they want to return, “there is hardly a place in the country.”
