What can IDPs do
- get an HPV certificate and submit an application for the payment of a cash allowance for housing in the “Action” application. More than 1.4 million people used the services.
- change the actual place of residence of the HPV in the “Action” application. More than 45,000 people have already used the service. person, including in the period from January 1 to January 24, 2023 (inclusive) — 15,273 people.
- cancel the HPV certificate in the “Action” application. About 75,000 people have already used the service, including 28,833 people from January 1 to January 24, 2023 (inclusive).
- IDPs who do not own a residential area in the territory controlled by Ukraine can apply for a preferential mortgage loan on the “Diya” portal. More than 32,000 people have already used this service. person, including in the period from January 1 to January 24, 2023 (inclusive) — 621 people.

“This opportunity became available thanks to electronic information exchanges between information and communication systems of state bodies, including the Unified Information System of the Social Sphere and the Action portal.
